The Gwangmyeong Municipal Orchestra for Korean Traditional Music contributes greatly to enhancing the image of Gwangmyeong and expanding the research in music by performing regular concerts, visiting performances, and participating in various events hosted by the city.

The Bright Light Men’s Choir was founded on September 1, 1993, and currently consists of 33 members, including Director Gil Wook-hyeon. They actively engage in regular concert activities as a male choir in Gwangmyeong.

The Gwangmyeong Farmers’ Music Preservation Society has been making significant efforts to preserve the heritage of Gwangmyeong's farmers’ music since its designation as an intangible cultural heritage of Gyeonggi-do Province on September 11, 1997.

The Korea Opera Philharmonic Orchestra was founded on January 1, 2000. It consists of 42 members, including Director Hong Mi-suk, and is a professional performing arts group that holds various concerts and regular performances.

The Gwangmyeong Symphony Orchestra, founded in 2002, was designated as a professional arts organization in Gyeonggi-do Province in 2007. In 2010, it was certified as a social enterprise in the field of cultural arts, fulfilling its role and responsibilities as a leading private orchestra. The organization constantly strives to make orchestral music easily accessible to the audience by focusing on easy-to-enjoy classical music with simple and entertaining programs that cater to various age groups.

The GK Opera Group (formerly Gwangmyeong Opera Group) consists of 45 members, including Director Park Eun-jeong. It is designated as a professional performing arts group in Gyeonggi-do Province and hosts various concerts and regular performances as an opera group.

The Gwangmyeong Youth Choir, founded on October 1, 2011, currently consists of 60 members aged 50 and above. They have actively participate in various choir performances

The Gwangmyeong Youth Art Group, established in 2015, is comprised of 30 elementary, middle, and high school students. They learn traditional dance and percussion instruments with the goal of becoming future artists who represent our country.

The Gwangmyeong Women’s Choir was founded on June 1, 1997. It currently has 30 members, including Director Cho Hyeon-jeong, who actively participate in the choir’s activities. The Gwangmyeong Women’s Choir is a choir composed of women residing in Gwangmyeong and its surrounding areas. Through cultural activities that reach out to the community, as well as annual concerts, they share love and music with marginalized groups and the citizens of Gwangmyeong through their musical performances and volunteer activities.

The Gwangmyeong Youth Symphony Orchestra was founded on June 1, 1997. It consists of 30 members, including Director Go Un and Conductor Song Yeong-ju. They actively engage in various concerts and regular performances.
