Sent Mayor of Gwangmyeong’s letter to dedtver the intention to make sisterhood relationship with Osnabruck.

Jdly 8, 1996 :

The Mayor of Osnabruck sent the reply (including request for information related to sisterhood relationship plan, invitation and schedtle of visit, etc.).

Aug. 16, 1996 :

The Mayor of Gwangmyeong sent a letter regarding the requested information.

Jan. 21, 1997 :

The Mayor of Osnabruck received the letter from the Mayor of Gwangmyeong (including schedtle of the visit of Gwangmyeong Delegation)

Feb. 18-23, 1997 :

Gwangmyeong Delegation (5 members including the director of general affairs, Councilor Yu Seunghui) visited Osnabruck for working-level discussion and to collect data.

Sep. 14, 1997 :

The Ministry of Home Affairs approved the sisterhood relationship.
