Aixia Forest

The cave fairies 'Aixia and friends' are characters in ancient mythology and are dwarves that live in mines or caves. In places where the Aixia appear, lots of gold, silver and jewels can be discovered and bring magic that makes items with the excellent ability of a blacksmith. They work mainly at night because they change into soil in the daylight and they can see well in dark places. One day 'Kuo' found a lamp when exploring the cave and discovered the entrance to the human world. This entrance is Gwangmyeong Cave.

Elephant Car 'Aixia'

The Elephant Car Aixia tour runs using an eco-friendly electric vehicle on the forest road and the uphill road in Dogonae with the scent of earth. The Elephant Car Aixia tour provides a feeling of freedom of the cave theme park that provides special memories of Gwangmyeong Cave.

How to Use 'Aixia' the Elephant Car

Service Section : Back gate of Gwangmyeong Cave (near Public Parking Lot 3) ~ East Gate Gwangmyeong Cave
Service Charge : Adult 2,000 won / Soldier·Youth·Children 1,000 won
Operating Hours
- The back gate of Gwangmyeong Cave (near Public Parking Lot 3): 09:30 ~ 17:40 (*except for the one on 12:30 due to lunch break)
※ The elephant car is operating every 15 minutes.
※ The service time can change due to unforseen circumstances.
※ A child under the age of 3 cannot use a ride without a guardian (A guardian is needed for each and every child)
※ It will not be operated for saftey reasons in the case of rain, heavy snow, or·intense cold.
