- Those who are registered residents of Gwangmyeong or Geumcheon-gu
- Those who are currently employed or enrolled in a workplace or school located in Gwangmyeong
- Overseas Koreans residing in Gwangmyeong, domestic residents with registered addresses, and foreigners registered in the city
· Application: sign up via website → visit library to pick up your library card
※ You can borrow books from all of the libraries in Gwangmyeong after applying for a library card at any library in Gwangmyeong
· Loan limit: up to 7 books per person with a loan period of 14 days (7+ days per renewal)
· Overdue penalty: suspended from borrowing books for the number of overdue days
· Renewed loans: a book returned by the due date can be renewed for loan after 7 days from the date of return
