Mueuigong Food Culture Street

It is a commercial area created as a development project for the Gwangmyeong Station area after the opening of KTX Gwangmyeong Station in April 2004. There is IKEA, Lotte Premium Outlet, and AK Plaza nearby, so there is a lot of floating population. About 40 restaurants, including famous franchise restaurants, are in operation, and the street will open in Gwangmyeong City on March 15, 2023 under the name of 'Muui-gong Food Culture Street' in honor of Gwangmyeong City's representative figure, Mu-ui-gong Yi Sun-sin, who made contributions under Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin during the Japanese Invasion of Korea and the Jeongyu Jaeran. It was designated as the 3rd food culture street.
