To commemorate Nongak which has been developed as power when our ancestors could overcome difficulties and hardship, national student Nongak contest and Nongak contest that 18 Community Service Centers participate in. Its main theme is Gwangmyeong Nongak which is designated as the 20th of intangible cultural asset of Gyeonggi-do Province is played along a variety of concerts, not only for domestic people but also for foreigners. It is an impressive festival especially for foreigners. Especially, in November 2014, Nongak was listed on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity so that our farmer's music become well-known over the world. You can taste the essence of Nongak for two-day festival.
