Plant Factory
The fresh ingredients used in the wine restaurant ‘Maru de Cave’ are edible vegetables grown here in the plant factory where eco-friendly vegetables are grown using an advanced horticultural system that works without using sunlight or water.
Cave Botanical Garden
It is a natural botanical garden in the cave where plants grow, oxygen is supplied and the air is purified through a process of photosynthesis using LED lighting. While the feces and organic matter of fish in the fishtank play an important nutritiounal role for the water and plants, whereby the water is purified naturally and flows back into the aquarium as part of the automated water management process.
